Girls Only Ball Hockey
This ball hockey training program is for girls of all skill levels and is more than just learning a game. More than running, passing and stick-handling, hockey is about responsibility, respect and teamwork. As children learn the skills needed to succeed on the rink, they also build and solidify important character traits needed to succeed in life. With that in mind, the Girls Ball Hockey Training initiative was developed by the Tampa Bay Lightning to offer more families a chance to experience everything that makes youth hockey so rewarding.
The program runs for 8 weeks, is for girls ages 5-10 and runs on Saturdays at the Lightning Made Training Center (6910 Asphalt Ave Unit B, Tampa FL).
